Lansing's Board of Water and Light has plans to build a new "cleaner" coal fired power plant to replace the aging Eckert plant along the Grand River. Some residents, led by the "Lansing Can Do Better" coalition, think that plan is shortsighted. Jack talked with both sides earlier this week.
